A long time ago, like… a year and a half ago long, the Big Day Blog celebrated its first birthday (and boy oh boy what a celebration it was). This girl, Casie, contacted me. She wanted to help me celebrate the blog’s birthday by giving away free wedding photography.
Yep. You read that right. Free wedding photography. To anyone in the U.S. Who does that?
An amazing person, that’s who. Since then, Casie and I became fast friends… chatting over email and Twitter, then text. Then… Casie just so happened to be in the DC area and came to Mr. Man’s and my post-wedding shin dig. I was so so thrilled to be able to finally meet Casie in person.
Anyway. Rhian won that photography package. And got married this summer… in Arizona. And the photos are breathtaking. And I’m going to share them with you. Right now.
James and Rhian got married at Mormon Lake Lodge. STUNNING location… just wait until you see the gorgeous skies Casie captured!

Oh, I love so much of this wedding! Her dress is sheer perfection! Having Scottish heritage myself, I’m loving the kilts! Especially the matching weenie-dog kilt!! And all the signage is cute, too! Great photos!
